Have you considered not filtering out nested classes and lambdas here?
The matcher accepts . after the key, while the compiler may continue class names with $. So an include key like de.loosetie.shop.OrderService keeps OrderService.place, but OrderService$place$1.invoke and OrderService$Companion.validate may end up in the gap. This affects lambdas and things like detached callbacks with coroutines.

Suggestion: also accept $ as boundary.
